Attachment Theory (2019) This is how I think about attachement styles: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Teal in the sports bra only feels secure holding on tightly to purple ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Purple provides distant support to Teal and close support to Baby blue but doesn’t get much support from either ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. Baby Blue believes they support both Deep Red and Purple, however there is clear bias ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4. Gold & Deep Red have secure, healthy attachments in the center ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 5. Lime green kinda tries to connect to as many people as possible-a needy attachment 6. Orange is the giver- trying to give as much security to those who need it most ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 7. Ultramarine probably has the unhealthiest attachment style-closed off and dependent ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 8. Brown gives support where they can, doesnt overcommit and doesn’t need a tight attachment to feel secure ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 9. Ever related to each one at some point in time?
